Happy New Year readers!
Hard to believe that we've begun yet another new year. Welcome 2017, I say!
Each New Year, I do traditionally make resolutions. Some last less than a week, but one in particular lasted for the rest of my life. Ten years ago this month, I quit smoking and haven't looked back. My mind was made up.
Ten years ago, I also embarked on a cleaner life ritual by removing as many chemicals from my system as possible. I ate more fresh fruit and veggies (thankfully wine still fits into that category) and learned to better channel my stress through breathing deeply (Auroma's motto) and meditation.
What ever your new year resolutions or goals are, I hope that you allow your body to catch up with your brain, and tell it to stop doing activities that are harmful to your well being. Find something you love and make that your new routine (keep an open mind and keep it healthy).
Small changes count and of course, everything in moderation.
I wish all who read my blogs a VERY happy, healthy and prosperous 2017. I hope that this is the year that you meet challenges that impact your life in a positive way.
