Welcome Spring, day-light savings time, new blooms.. and pollen. Fortunately I do not suffer from allergies, but know many who do. While living in Vancouver, I was blessed to be surrounded by cherry blossoms in the spring, but it wasn't so lovely for friends and co-workers. My puffy eyed friends popped bottles of commercial pharmaceuticals, talked like Sloth from the Goonies and suffered through pollen season as (unattractive) mouth breathers. Got the visual? Bet you had it at Sloth, didn't you? Here are a few tips to help ease your symptoms so that you can better enjoy the spring season.
The most common symptoms of spring allergies in pets are excessively scratching face and ears, chewing the fur, licking paws, sneezing, coughing and no desire to eat.
